Property Management Internship

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Management Intern to assist with daily operations and provide support to our property management team. This internship offers hands-on experience in property management, tenant relations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, eager to learn, and have a strong interest in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing tenant relations and communications
  • Conduct home and apartment showings with potential tenants
  • Support lease documentation and administrative tasks
  • Assist with managing rental listings and property marketing
  • Handle tenant inquiries and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare reports on property performance and occupancy rates
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining property files and records

Desired Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Prior experience in customer service or property management is a plus, but not required

Summer Maintenance Worker
 
Job description
We’re looking for a team-oriented Maintenance Person to work in our busy office. This is a great position for someone looking for summer
employment. The ideal candidate will be capable of detailed oriented maintenance work and home painting, as well as performing tasks independently. We are also interested in hiring individuals with construction or maintenance experience, and who have a willingness to learn new skills. Individuals with initiative and reliability are also appreciated.
 
Requirements:

  • Positive Attitude, dependable, detail oriented
  • Working knowledge of either painting, carpentry, electrical, and/or plumbing preferred, but we can train the right person
  • Must have own basic hand and power tools
  • Must have a reliable vehicle capable of carrying tools, equipment, and materials
  • Valid Drivers License

  • Full or Part Time employment is available, but Full Time is preferred
  • Work hours 9-5 Monday thru Thursday, 8-4 Friday if full time

Maintenance Technician 

We’re looking for a team-oriented Maintenance Technician to work on our properties. We are a family oriented business that employs 8 awesome people. We manage everything from single family houses to large apartment complexes to commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be capable of detailed oriented maintenance work, as well as performing tasks independently. Some great benefits of this job is the ability to work independently on your assigned projects, no nights, and no weekends!! We are looking to hire an individual with construction or maintenance experience, and are willing to learn new skills. We have the ability to train the right person. Individuals with initiative and reliability are also appreciated.

Requirements:

– Complete basic plumbing repairs

– Complete carpentry and drywall work

– Interior home painting

– Complete basic appliance repair

– Occasional property and yard clean-up
