Maintenance Technician -Job description
We’re looking for a team-oriented Maintenance Technician to work on our properties. We are a family oriented business that employs 8 awesome people. We manage everything from single family houses to large apartment complexes to commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be capable of detailed oriented maintenance work, as well as performing tasks independently. Some great benefits of this job is the ability to work independently on your assigned projects, no nights, and no weekends!! We are looking to hire an individual with construction or maintenance experience, and are willing to learn new skills. We have the ability to train the right person. Individuals with initiative and reliability are also appreciated.
Requirements:
– Positive Attitude, dependable, detail oriented
– 2 or more years of either maintenance carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and/or painting required
– Must have own basic hand and power tools
– Must have a reliable vehicle capable of carrying tools, equipment, and materials, a pick-up truck is preferred
– Valid Drivers License
Job Scope of Duties:
– Complete basic plumbing repairs
– Complete carpentry and drywall work
– Interior home painting
– Complete basic appliance repair
– Occasional property and yard clean-up
Additional information:
– Full or Part Time employment is available, but Full Time is preferred
– Work hours 9-5 Monday thru Thursday, 9-4 Friday if full time
