At American Edge Real Estate, we believe in making things as easy for you as possible while giving back to the community. Which is why we created our Smarter Move Program.

The Smarter Move, for every home or property we sell, we donate in your name 10% of the net commission paid to American Edge to either our U.W. Stout Foundation scholarship fund or our Greater Menomonie Area Community Foundation providing housing and food for those in need.

To this date we've donated over $13,000 to the Stout Foundation for our work with the land in the Stout Foundation property right here in Menomonie. In this way, every move with American Edge is a smart move.
